Health Inspections
The Tarrant County Health Department recently inspected food establishments in the Haslet area, the city of Roanoke inspected food establishments in Roanoke, and the town of Trophy Club inspected food establishments in Trophy Club. Under the scoring system, businesses receive demerits for violations that affect food quality and can cause illness. Scores of fewer than 30 demerits are considered as “passing” inspection. The inspections reported are “regular inspections” unless noted otherwise.
Haslet Area
Fortuna’s Italian Bistro, 2420 Westport Pkwy., restaurant, Jan. 4, 25 demerits.
Nonna’s House Day Care, 1029 Avondale Haslet Rd., childcare kitchen, Jan. 8, 10 demerits.
Rio Concho Aviation, 171 W. Aviation Dr., snack bar, Jan. 4, 20 demerits.
Roanoke
Taco Bueno, 1200 N. Hwy. 377, Feb. 12, restaurant, no demerits.
Classic Cafe, 504 N. Oak St., Feb. 12 inspections: restaurant, six demerits; lounge, no demerits.
Trophy Club
Mexico Lindo, mobile vending, Feb. 21, one demerit.
